Rai Lee Gardiner, R.D, joined the DalFood team in July 2019 as the Manager of Wellness & Sustainability. With many years experience in the Food Service industry, she works closely with students to ensure they are finding a healthy balance on campus! Aside from her passion for health and wellness, Rai Lee loves spending time with twin toddlers and other fun activities like kayaking, hiking or cooking.
